The Boys

These guys are my life. You thought I was bonkers about the Beatles? I'm even crazier for these four.

Tyson is a downright sweetheart with supernatural talent to boot. On top of that, he's a brilliant filmmaker with a knack for comedy. On top of THAT, he's got a fantastic band that some of you may know as KING WASHINGTON. This man is endless.

Benny, the man I dub my official big brother in the band, is a wonderful live-wire ball of energy who always lives and thinks young. Always a great buddy to hang out with to make my day brighter. We also tackle-hug each other and mess up each other's hair because we can. XD Did I mention his laughter and humor is contagious? I swear he's a cartoon character living in the real world. Sometimes, I think he wants to believe that. Well, he is obsessed with Superman, so that could explain a few things... XD

Robert has got to be related to me somehow. We're into a lot of the same things and with our dark hair and dark eyes, we could almost look like an older brother and a younger sister... Jussayin'. In the past, I've communicated with him the most over Facebook, be it through notes or gift requests on Sims Social (back in the day, it was FarmVille). Outside of that, I usually chill with him at shows and he likes to keep up with what's going on in my life--at one show he congratulated me on my graduation from high school. He's just thoughtful like that.

Axel is down to earth and full of fun. By day, he's a professor at CSU Long Beach, but by night, he dons a mop top wig and goes by 'Ringo.' Back in the days of Abbey Road tribute when it was these four guys, Axel was the first to recognize me the second time I saw their show, which happened to be in the same weekend. Talk about great memory! FYI, this man DRUMS LIKE A GOD.

To honor these four men that changed my life for the better, I made them the subject of my final piece for my Drawing 1 class.

Completely done in mechanical pencil. About 3 pencils' worth of graphite lead were put into this picture.
