"Cartle, My Partner: Ch. 31 - Living on Borrowed Time"

...When the light faded, it revealed that a tall, strong Lentle blocked off the attack with one of his enormous pinchers. Yet, there was something different about this Lentle.
His armor was completely different. Instead of having dark brown and yellow trimmings, he had his chest a dark green. His trimmings were lime green like John Lennon's military outfit on the Sgt. Pepper album cover. He wore a pair of clear tea shade glasses that balanced on the bridge of his nose. Yet, the biggest attention grabber was on top of his head, a black beret. It was the same one that I saw John wear earlier.
"John?" I questioned as my eyes started to water. He looked back at me and nodded. "Wha-what happened?"
"Can't talk about it now." He said. Armoke was suddenly filled with frustration. He wasn't expecting John to block his attack. "Oh! Are you confused now?!" He taunted.
"I knew there was something wrong with you!" Armoke replied as he started to hover in the air.

"You did? Well, ain't that gear?!"


...You can't imagine how proud I am of this picture. Really. Because copics are the hardest markers to work with...and I actually didn't screw up with them!

But I've been geeking out more-so over the fact that in "Cartle, My Partner", after being trapped in Subspace for so long, John gained the ability to shapeshift into a Lentle...

Now THAT is some badass skill.
